I think John Mearsheimer has been exactly correct in his analysis of the US foreign policy. I’m not sure if Mr. Brenner would agree with that. If so, he’s smarter than I thought he is. If not, he’s not as bright as he comes across. I will say that his comment at the end of the interview on what it means to be an American is exactly spot on. Everything he said in regard to those comments is exactly correct and as he said, it is an unbelievable privilege to be able to speak one’s mind in the US without the fear of being arrested or hassled.
