Ohtani gambled on baseball. The league offices blackballed the great Evan Longoria over a harmless tweet. What Im tryna say is that this Bauer situation is personal for MLB Inc and has nothing to do with the leagues acting in the best interest of the game 👆

We can even disregard Trevor Bauer himself for a second. The type of people who would put their capes on for that guy are completely overestimating how much the *general public* wants to deal with them (or just be around them) them in any capacity, let alone regular baseball fans who know of Bauer and all that he was/is. The optics of bringing him in and his fans [sic] would be so damaging that not even the most self-destructive teams in MLB would consider doing it.

Trying to read your weak English and Grammar skills, there may only be a few that care in Florida, but in Canada you are talking about 6 or 7 million do, and will be watching or maybe even more and 95% of them cheering for the oilers.
