My experience as a brony was probably Tamer than the reputation would have led you to believe. Honestly I started poking around and watching the memes on my little brony, after a certain point I joined into the role-playing in the comments. After that I found out about BronyCon a My Little Pony convention that was happening in my hometown. But aside from some buttons, posters and a trio of small plushies, that's all I never really bought as much goes. I'd never commissioned any art. If I ever made a pony oc, which I can't recall if I did or not it probably was slapped together on a My Little Pony OC generator site just using my favorite colors. But all in all, it was an introduction for fandom for me. BronyCon was the first convention I had ever gone to. My Little Pony introduced me to a lot of fanfiction concepts. And in all honesty I made a few online friends. At least from my experience, the Brony Community with some of the nicest if weirdest people I've met. Though to be completely honest I've never actually finished watching the last couple of seasons.
