It's true that high street development started in 2012 and within just 10 years the whole Baner Balewadi has been completed changed. It completely different now than what it used to be.

Hello Saudaghar, does buying flat in a project with MAHADA flats cause any problems? Why some builder give seperate building for MAHADA and some not? Is the seperate building for MAHADA made to separate people or due to the Flat layout as they are made different? Thanks.
