I love modders, outside of matchmaking games. I want my competitive matches to be fair, but I do love it when someone mods the hell out of a map and it looks crazy or something, especially on Halo. Mainly Halo 4, that is where people started getting really creative with giant flood, zap guns, tree hammers, drivable objects, it's a lot of fun.

ahh... good old times. my brother and i would play Halo 2 every morning starting at 7 : 30 AM in our backyard building. our mom would use a little radio-like recorder to call us to come in for breakfast, and continue playing for hours on end. sometimes we would spend the night in the building, my brother would wake me up, and we continue shooting everywhere until we manage 1 bullet in an enemy... lol great times

I wouldn't doubt it. For being 7.62mm it sure didn't pack much of a punch. You'd go through a lot of rounds just for one kill. What I really loved though was the sound. It was booming and had a commanding presence. For me it really made the gun worthwhile. Without that same sound in Halo 3, I found myself more drawn to the BR for practicality reasons.

Been playing this game since the beginning and while no Halo can beat the original, Halo 3 was always first for me. I was always a deciding factor in our team's victory, when I picked up a sniper rifle, it was all over. Since Halo 3, I haven't felt the same magic when I play. This sounds so nerdy but these new games feel like they are "poorly assembled." They just don't feel solid. Halo 3 was the last Halo I loved. Long live the original trilogy. Long live Bungie's Halo WITH the Chief.

It was changed to an FPS because around 1999-2001 there was a growing demand for FPS shooters (ie Alcatraz: prison escape, AvP 2 etc) RTS games like C&C weren't as appealing to gamers because they lacked a sort of "connection" to the gamer and the game. They instead used the Master Chief to make the gamers feel like they were the Chief on Halo, and now here we are 11 years later with Halo 4. Wars may be fun to some people but I feel like it's just an expansion of Command and Conquer 3.

Man I really enjoyed Halo 4. I don't even remember when halo actually attempted to tie in any type of story from the novels it was based on. I remember halo 1 distinctly though, because of the amazing theme song. Though it was a pretty military elitist game, where every marine weapon (lets not forget the one shotting 16x zoom handgun) out matched any alien weapon by a LONG shot.

Halo 2's campaign was short. It was varied but it didn't really have a point other than to set up Halo 3. Speaking of Halo 3, Halo 3 consisted of 9 levels (1 more than Halo 4). The only truly bad level in Halo 3's campaign was Gravemind (It felt like a chore to navigate it on legendary.) Halo 4's multiplayer is incredibly balanced if you play the game correctly. In the beginning of all previous games, you could find power weapons if you knew where they were. It's nothing different.

Microsoft has made also the OS Window, that can be used as a console, so if you buy an OS that costs over 100€ instead of an xbox they have profits too. Then I hate when there is a game for a console and finishs with another console...

I'm a little disappointed in how little information this gave off, although it is still awesome because I am such a huge Halo fan :D Personally i would've chosen to have halo reach to start off with seeing as that's where it started, then Halo Combat Evolved the Anniversary version (not to exclude or stray away from the original) then with the following Halo series. Other than that, AWESOME job... Please do another video of the Halo series for when Halo 5 comes out :)

Can you believe some people never played or will play the first 1-3 Halo's. The people that only know Reach and Halo's future, I feel sorry for them :/ They will never witness the best games ever. Halo 1,2, and 3 were just amazing, I had endless amounts of fun in all of em and will always have a special place in my heart for those 3 Halos.I wish I could go back and keep playing Halo 3 :( Now all I do is play Cod cuz Reach sucked and Halo 4 is just Reach 2 :/ I miss old Halo. :(

i played halo combat evolved and loved it. halo 2 was the same, but i didnt like the smg, i thought it wasn't very 'halo style'. the next one, halo 3 i didn't play much of but i liked it in general. i felt that odst was just pure awsome, and i loved reach because it brought a call of duty aspect to the game without losing the original idea. but halo 4 completely ruined it. there are parts were it doesn't seem like a halo game AT ALL

The best and most moding games to me are... 1. Call of Duty 2 2. Minecraft 3. Halo 1 4. Half life any of the half life games 5.Any of the Grand Theft Auto games, and did I miss any? Reach was terrible. I went from Halo 3 to Reach and was astonished I couldn't keep up with playing my dominant Halo 3 style. The new age dawned and took the feel and strategy out. There is no controlling spots on the map because the weapons are all random and you don't rush to get a BR or something. Being good at Halo 3 means nothing anymore but if we could repopulate the H3 servers from now on to celebrate the last good halo, I think that it would just be better.
