How do I avoid elbow pain when swinging clubs esp metal clubs ?
@QuakeSphere2 жыл бұрын
He did video to help a friend that was having elbow/shoulder pains. In short:get some light clubs. No more than a pound and work on saturating the site with synovial fluids and be sure to stretch and warm up properly

1 of 2 things is happening. Improper elbow positioning during the swing. Or you are training with a weight to heavy for the tricep muscle and most of the pressure is getting at the tendon.

I think I need to work on my technique and elbow positioning. I use a 10lb metal club. Thank you for your help.

Paul--it looks like you lost a lot of weight-good job, hope it is not related to some type of illness but rather exercise results. Love your videos-mike
