Empowerment Order 248 confiscated all of Prescott's property on October 22, 1942. The American-German steel mill was only a small one part of a wider operation, as Rockefeller's Standard Oil created a new international cartel with IG Farben (the fourth-largest company in the world) in 1929 under Young's plan. Owen Young was an asset to J.P. Morgan, headed General Electric and in 1928 developed a plan to pay off the German debt, which led to the creation of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) and consolidated an international cartel of industrialists and financiers on behalf of the London city and Wall Street. The largest of these cartels led to the merger of Henry Ford's German companies with IG Farben, Dupont Industries, British Shell and Rockefeller's Standard Oil. The 1928 cartel agreement also allowed Standard Oil to transfer all patents and technology to create synthetic gasoline from coal to IG Farben, allowing Germany to increase production from just 300,000 tons of natural gasoline to 1934 to an incredible 6.5 million tons (85% of the total) during World War II! If this transfer of patents and technology had not taken place, it is a fact that the modern mechanized warfare that characterized World War II would never have occurred.

The Russian archives are full of documents from the times of Nazi Germany, and there are also enough of them in the USA, both countries took all this to themselves, but in your Germany there is little left. And my information is given from sources located in the USA.
