Would be nice to talk about vitamin K2 (MK4 and MK7). It is a very important fat soluble vitamin in working with D3 to store calcium to help osteoporosis, vascular calcification, osteoarthritis and cancer. But the fat soluble vitamin K2 only stays in our body for about 24 hours. So we need to take it everyday with D3 for osteoporosis. MK4 works faster but loose it’s effectiveness faster, about half an hour. Mk7 works slower but stays in the body longer. I found products with both MK4 and MK7 for best results. New studies show many benefits with K2 and everyone should look into it.
For fortified calcium in milk or calcium supplements can't absorbed by the body, would that cause damage to blood vessels?
