HMDR1000 series not cooling within specs

Opened the back compartment of freezer and entire thing was a SOLID BLOCK OF ICE ! Thank you so much for your video. It helped me access the trouble however I'm not sure I'm out of the woods. I could ( somewhat) see the ice buildup through the vent. I'm blown away by the enormous amount of ice. It took me hours today to " defrost ". Thank you again, oh and by the way do you know how to clean the evaporation tray that sits next to the compressor ?

How to access to the board control ??

Can you add more detail on the control board disassembly? Do you just pry that piece out or are there screws in it? Is the thermostat setup with an adjustment for calibration...???

What I am curious is ....I bought this as a beer fridge but id like it to run colder....
