This great. I have a tendinitis is in my wrist and this is a nice morning flow to loosen up the hips and lower back. I sit, run and cycle too much. Can you please make more videos for releasing the iliopsoas? Thanks and keep up the great work. From an Irish man in Berlin that is falling in love 😍with yoga.

I appreciate the hands free content in 20-30 minute blocks! I’m a musician tending to overused hands and wrists and lots of the typical floor work routines put too much stress on my wrists. Thanks, Hels!

Yoga has been a real savior during this pandemic, but I have tendonitis in one of my wrists and thought for sure that my yoga days were over as quickly as they began. Your hands-free practices give me the option to continue with my practice when a regular yoga flow is too much for my wrists. Thank you!

Hi I am loving your hands free videos! I have chronic wrist issues but can’t stop practicing yoga every day. I started practice yoga two years ago and I love it, but unfortunately I injured my shoulder so I started looking for hands free yoga videos and found yours. Thank you for your creative and strong wrist free flows 💚💚 my brain bores easily and Covid has made focus and motivation an even greater challenge so to have a variety of flows I can do start to finish that keep me engaged & feeling like I dis something is a gift I can't articulate w/o getting emotional. Having tennis elbow, so annoying as I love my daily yoga, was looking for a hands free practise. Happened upon yours and was so pleased to find that my arms and shoulders, as well as the rest of my body, got a decent workout! So thank you..... I have now subscribed and will do this regularly until my very painful elbow is healed.

I really appreciate your hands free yoga routines. I had been doing other practices and having problems figuring out what to do as soon as they went to table top or downward dog or anything requiring weight on my wrists. I’m not even able to put my hands together for prayer hands, they have to be out with fingertips touching. So your workouts are absolutely perfect for me. Thank you so much. I can’t wait for more like these.

loved everything about the flow. The transitions were challenging and the core work brought a nice heat. for me it could have been a tiny longer.

This is perfect for me, a relative beginner. Had two left wrist operations, and after three years still very twingey so I can’t put much pressure on it. And broke some middle right toes a few years ago so I need the balance challenge too. Love your videos, I always feel better afterwards. Thanks so much 💐

Enjoyed this class as have been looking for hands free classes after carpal tunnel surgery. I do really struggle with the yogi squat transition though and found this quite challenging, as have only been doing yoga for a year. Love it though. Thank you.

Wondering who left the thumbs down….😕🤔 also, would this be the most intense hands free video you have? I’d also like a really good yoga workout that gets me sweating a little.
