One year ago today I set myself a target of daily yoga until we came out of lockdown. I cant’t believe that was a year ago and we’re still in lockdown! Thanks to daily practice I have been able to cope throughout these difficult times. Thank you so, so much Helen for your tireless work and support. Your continuing programme of regular videos and updates to suit all occasions has kept me going and helped to maintain both my physical and mental health. Yoga is now firmly established as an important part of my life.

Yoga challenge day 233: Helen, your chair yogas are a must for me whenever I have a full day at the computer. I think it’s important to get away from the desk and these practices in the middle of a of the day not only break up the time but also invigorate for the rest of the shift. x

Yoga challenge day 219: this is such a good practice mid-way between a long day sitting at the computer. It was such a great way to energise for the afternoon at lunchtime.
