Not only am I learning from your wonderful, delicious recipes you share to everyone but I also get to learn how to write in green Hmong too. I learned some white Hmoob but theres not a lot of green Hmoob everywhere.

The boiled veggies in soup makes this such a balanced meal! It's also very Cantonese since we typically like to accompany our meals with vegetable soup. One technique I use is to add salt and a touch of oil before adding the veggies to keep the vibrant green in them.

Boiled vegetable water is actually for clean energy, more for better health than all the things you said. I'm fairly young and I do see the immediate benefit to the boiled veggetables. Being a Hmong, I cannot eat a strict American diet or eat too much meat or junk food. Once in a while, you feel like your energy is drained or shot from all the unhealthy food and stress of life. You have to get your natural boost of energy from the vegetable waters. Off course, it is best to have it with every meal like the OGs. Trust me, you'll feel a lot better and perhaps even live longer.
