Let's hope over time the Officer with the beard doesn't change and that no one no other Officer puts pressure on him to be different. Need more of him. Guys like that get more out of law abiding citizens just trying to earn a living. The situation is sorted in no time and everyone is happy when an Officer is like that.

What annoyed me the most with the first pc was when he asked, "What are you doing with a drone, flying it over a prison?" There was no evidence at all that you had flown over the prison. He jumps straight to the instant accusation of a crime. He could easily have said, "We've had a couple of people say that you've been flying a drone over the prison, so we want to have a quick word just to get your side." Usual approach to try to escalate. The second one though was what every copper should aspire to - low-key approach, friendly and polite. Great audit.

James was brilliant and is the perfect role model for other new pc's or better still constables,im not generally a big fan of the police but I do love true law of the land and i absolutely respect a constable in his office but not this modern day policy officer who are trained to see victimless crimes and that a citizen who stands up for their rights is a trouble maker. @@NNC93 How did they know he wasn’t breaking the law until they established the circumstances? He was polite if you watch the full clip on TIKTOK, he spoke politely, other than getting down on his knees and begging I am not sure what you want from him. Flying a drone near a prison can be seen as concerning for more than a number of reasons and I am sure I don’t need to spell that out to you 🤦🏻‍♀️. Two different types of police officers. One might go far, the other, not so much. What an ugly building. The tower was interesting. I wonder what it was originally for? The 234 feet high tower, which was used for heating and ventilation, has been a local landmark ever since it was built.
