DJ I think you were fine. Excited to see something new and clearly interested. The complaints about you giving your own analysis are a mystery to me. You're talking is essentially a verbal recap of what's going through my head. Nowhere did I get the sense that you were saying 'this is what happened' -- you asked questions and seemed open to understanding what occurred, you're just talking outloud as you process through it -- which is fairly normal for your channel. I think you (like myself) thought that the incident possibly could have occurred by an intoxicated driver, hence the questioning of the police and not necessarily taking the drivers version of events as the ground truth. People seem really offended about thinking that is a possibility. I can't figure why. You're not saying the driver is a bad person, you're simply going with a logical and real possibility. If the oversight doesn't come from the chain of command then it should come from the public. If they did nothing wrong why wouldn't they answer? That's always the reason they give. The idea of just blindly accepting authority and that those with powers are properly doing their job is naive. If you want to just go about your day ignoring what is happening - feel free! Auditors and journalist are out there to challenge and dig a little to get to the truth. The concrete mixer wasn't turning left. He was going around the roundabout and it went into what is called a "slow rotation rollover". This usually happens to trucks or farm machinery with a high centre of gravity. Speed may have been a factor too? Road camber on UK roads is terrible. The ring road around Rotherham is dreadful with all the little roundabouts an adverse cambers. Accidents happen and luckily nobody was injured. The truck slid on the damp tarmac. There wouldn't be any damage to a kerb because the tyres are rubber. The commentary is poor because of a lack of knowledge on the subject and making a nuisance of himself. You should have asked the driver how he was, you was just looking for fault straight away! The lads are having a bad day last thing they need is you getting close filming and making suggestions to the police there was something else to look for!

Gosh these audit videos, love them. I completely dislike jobsworth know-it-alls like DJ here. Probably been getting under peoples skin all his life, and decided to make a hobby of it

The two cops clearly couldn't care less - they earnestly planned their quickie then drove off for it the nearest Travelodge car park.

By the way, the tow truck type is called a "rotator", because the boom can rotate to the side of the truck to pick things from the side.

“Just minding my own business” right ok 👌 Honestly I’m all for making the police toe the line on camera but I felt so sorry for the driver. He would have been shaken up, worried about his job etc and your trying to have his license too! It’s cringe 😬 to be fair.

Agreed. Provoking a reaction whilst those involved are under a lot of stress, along with trying to screw a man's career with no care for the fall out of such an outcome. Bad taste and poor reporting.

If you are going around a roundabout the centripetal force goes to the outside or left side of the vehicle. If the truck has extra weight on that left side as well, then has to avoid a car doing something extreme, the position it is in is perfectly explained. Physics in action.
