I’ve been doing these exercises for two years now. I set a timer for 1:15 and roll through each exercise for a full workout. I feel more agile, limber, strong from these movements. It also improves my mood by unwinding all the tightness from hips and shoulders in a way that yoga can’t. Thank you!

WOW, I find this to be more helpful than a yoga class. Thank you. I'm recovering from a stroke and trying to regain my flexibility and mobility. While I admit, some of these I can't quite do yet. I find ways to compromise and progress towards the full range of motion
