Superb guys! i am a 50 year old ex hockey player, southern UK with a tiny rink and trying to introduce kids to the great sport, when there is nothing near us like it (football/soccer, cricket and tennis mainly). Thanks for the great tips and advice!!

Can you make a agility workout video for small spaces that can be done alone? I noticed that the agility videos that I have seen include spirints and partners, which I don't always have a workout partner or a big space. Thanks!

Hi how would I put this all together? I'd like to train for speed, agility, and conditioning about 3 times a week including strength training upper lower split. Any recommendations?

Do you have a video for acceleration? Thanks!
@hockeytraining7 жыл бұрын
Hey Palden, agility is your ability to load and unload at the fastest possible rate. So for acceleration, you're going to want a combination of this video plus any one of our other speed specific videos.
