my program is: Day 1: Upper body Day 2: Conditioning Day 3: Lower body Day 4: Speed Day 5: Full body Day 6: Conditioning Day 7: Off Should I add a arms workout or this would be overtrainning? Sorry for my language im from quebec

Whether or not a state of overtraining would occur in this context is tough to judge since genetics, your diet, your sleep, your stress, when your last deload was, and what you're actually doing in those workouts all plays a huge factor. But, as an overall training split -- it looks pretty good. An arm day could be thrown in there before one of your conditioning sessions, or, you could just add some arm work to your upper body day.

I’d add another rest day on day4. Your schedule looks like mine. I add arms to my day 5 full body. Best of luck either way. We’re all different, what works for one does not work for all.
