Then for other trees it would be cool to have a monarchist branch, which could give claims on Palestine, Cyprus and Armenia (formally the Savoy had the title of kings also of those countries). Another one a communist civil war and then just a normal democracy branch with an alignment with the Allies

This guide could use an update. The Divide Yugoslavia focus now works much differently and doesn't just give an immediate result. There's some sort of claim system implemented that drastically complicates the whole process. In the meantime, it is possible to swap back to 1.9.x (Hydra) in the game's beta menu, which is the most recent version that doesn't have this revised claim system.

Specifically, > NEVER join the German faction because Bulgaria WILL STEAL YOUR LAND, REGARDLESS OF IT BEING A PUPPET OR NOT > DO NOT ANNEX HUNGARY; you cannot divide Yugoslavia without another power helping you - if you do not have Hungary you will have to invite Italy

Bearer of Artillery is a blast to complete, but also very tricky to get. Haven't had so much fun getting a achievment before, so i recommend hunting for it if you haven't gotten it yet

Hey Just found your channel, I'm glad the AI reshuffling your front line, didn't end the run for you. When you are assigning a field Marshal Frontline, You can hold Shift and instead of breaking up the front line into segments under your generals. the Entire frontline will just be your Fieldmarshal Line... That should cut down on the random AI Shuffling. Its not Foolproof but it may help.

If you shift right left click when doing a field Marshall order you'll have an evenly distributed order that doesn't have the faults of the default order. A lot easier to use alongside tanks as well, they're a lot more visible. Loving the videos mate, keep it up

With the new DLC, you don't go to war with Yugoslavia. You can claim some parts of Yugo along with Italy, Hungry and Germany.

@@renatomagert4084 you spend political power marking each state of Yugoslavia as a claim. AI nations can do this too, i recommend going after Hungary to puppet it and only inviting them to split it up. There are 3 claim spots on each province. Don't worry about that as only you and puppet Hungary will be claiming land, so only do one claim on each province and avoid ones your puppet claims to save pp. Once everything is claimed deliver Yugoslavia the ultimatum in decisions and they'll either cave and let you carve it up, or you get the ability to war them.

I recently found out that you can almost everytime stall AI at peace deals when you have bigger contribution from them and just pass you turn at start couple times. Not sure how it works really, but it gives you extra points and prevent AI from taking anything as you are still above them with points.

ideally, you would concentrate your tanks in small spots on the front. then you would use them top cut into the enemy. If you have enough of them, you can have 2 armoured spearheads driving towars eachother so they cut of a part of the enemy army. If you dont have enough, you can use the tanks to drive towards a neutral border or a shoreline to cut them off like that and Dunkirk them!

Old video but I'll comment anyways. It appears if you get the good event in Czechoslovakia, and you get the slovenian puppet, You have enough troops that the soviets barely try to attack you. On the one hand this is great because you dont run the risk of loosing territory, on the other they dont lose men or equipement, so the germans have a harder time.

@@Bitt3rSteel If you were to do this, you can insanely cheese it by paradropping to munich for the munich disagreement achievement. If you want to do it normaly, then i recommend going with allies(trust in the west), that's how i've done it. For Czechmate it's much simpler. Go fascist with a quick civil war. Join axis. Justify on netherlands and declare war, make sure to not call anyone into the war. And the just paradrop the netherlands. Sattelite the dutch east indies, get your paratroopers there and once Germany starts ww2 parashoot to australia. You can of course do the Munich disagreement by backstabbing Germany. Your choice. It will mean much to me, if you actually do this. :)

I just want to say, I have no idea how I managed to find your channel given it’s size relative to most of the channels I watch, but I am really glad that I did. Your guides are super in depth, but not boring or tedious, and perhaps most importantly, they are current. So I just wanted to say thank you, I am beginning the long trek towards 100% achievements because of you. Also, I know it’s not an achievement, but could you make a video about forming Al-Andalusia? I spent like a whole weekend trying, and just kept wanting to bash my head against a wall. A wall named Spain. I did better with each attempt, but ultimately got too frustrated to keep trying. I'm having a hard time recreating what you did. First time, Czechs gave up and I got the Slovakian puppet. But Germany justified on Slovakia and I ended up at war with Germany before they declare on the Soviets. Second time, Czechs gave up again. This time I planned ahead and got a non-aggression pact with Germany. Soviets declared, UK guarantees me, but when Germany declares on USSR, they won't let me join the Axis.I tried to push anyway, but the land kept getting occupied by Germany instead of me.

It could be an issue with your fascism support, you need a certain amount for the AI to consider you worthy iirc.

@@Bitt3rSteel So, update for viewers who might have the same problem. First, if you keep getting Slovakia as a puppet, you absolutely must get a spy to put diplomatic pressure on Germany for a non-aggression pact. Second, Germany won't invite you to the Axis right away. Once they enter the war against USSR, exit the game and reload, Germany should then invite you within a month or two. Third, you might run into an issue where you don't have enough war score to take a Polish province from the USSR peace deal. If that's the case, it means you'll have to fight Germany. What you want to do then, is take at least one Russian province for the achievement, and then puppet Russia and basically try to make as long of a border as possible with Germany who is also eating up Russian land. When I went to war with Germany, right after the war with USSR, I only had two borders with Germany, one on the former Austria-Hungary border, and then one small area near the former Romanian-Polish border. Don't call in your puppets obviously (though do steal all their troops), the ones in the Balkans will shield you from Italy. Meanwhile, Germany will waste troops manning the giant border with your Russian puppet who isn't actually in the war. I had it stretch all the way to the Pacific, by the time Germany realized it was in trouble, it couldn't move troops back in time to stop me.
