I liked this tutorial but myself not tried it yet because I always messing up with something. Actually this simple tutorial can help to make new countries on places where there are only large provinces so you can make miniature states or divide large countries into smaller pieces.

Your landlocked state has a port, how would you remove that?

think you should be able to remove it using buildings in nudger, just press naval base and remove. I think that should work

How do you get that RGB map for editing?

for the provinces map, you just need to copy it over from hoi4 documents

idk why but I am getting a error and crash when I try to load the game with my mod where I added 13363;170;185;57;land;false;plains;6 13364;159;53;225;land;true;plains;6 13365;43;209;149;land;true;jungle;6 13366;138;26;88;land;true;plains;6 I already checked the colors on the map and they are correct, and I didn't edit any of the other data in the province description. I could just be stupid and not realizing a syntax error in this but idk.

@@glasg0 “some errors are present in the map defition and have been logged to error.log” When I checked under logs and in the error file it says “Invalid supported version in (a bunch of random mods I don’t even have turned on)”

@@Kernverstand You can do the edit completely in nudger, no need to manually do that stuff in the definitions file or the states files.

@@TheDJKILLIN the nudger edits a backup, you need to move it to the mod folder later however if you already have an edited history file in your mod then you cant replace it with the nudger history file so you have to edit it by hand to merge them

@@Kernverstand the proper nudger workflow is putting your mod contents in its entirety into the documents folder, where the nudger edits the files manually for you...
