HOI4 Timelapse - What if the EU was formed in WW2 with 2022 borders and went for fascism?

In this scenario we test out what would happen if the EU formed in 1936 with 2022 EU members and their 1936 borders, and it also went for fascism. We will also force them into a war against its neighbors, all majors and all of Africa. Will they survive and conquer the world?

I find the Fascist AI hates naval invading the UK even though that's the one thing that always trips them up. If they'd take out the UK after they hold France they'd probably win, but nope they hate defending the coast and naval invading.

I mean they are not entirely wrong, fascism is the cooperation of the state, corperations and unions/guilds, with stateworship. With the state haveing a say in everything (ie state regulation). The EU has all those, save arguebly state worship, arguebly because a lot of EU leaders seem to think the state is sacred, but it's not pushed hard on the people - yet-
