Hi! Thanks for commenting! The brand I usually use is Lee Kum Kee (Cooking Caramel Sauce). The bottle has a square bottom.

Thanks for commenting ! You boleh dapatkan sole fish powder dari Lazada. Kalau DIY pun boleh. Kita boleh pakai ikan bilis yang digoreng tanpa minyak atau dibakar dalam ketuhar hingga ranggup dan disejukkan sebelum ditumbuk/dikisar menjadi serbuk halus. Rasanya lebih kurang sama dengan sole fish powder.

Hi. Thank you for commenting ! Ya, I agreed with you. No lard not Hokkien Mee but this is my Non-Pork ( 'Halal' ) version of Hokkien Mee. Please kindly refer to my Non-Halal version of Hokkien Mee which I used lard in the recipe.
