Or maybe she was laying the ground work for why she didn't know the guy was up to no good in her salon. She only mentioned it once and never brought it up again just to make the judge understand why she wasn't around. It doesn't even seem like she wanted to mention it in the end until the interviewer guy asked her and all she mentioned is how it was out of her control.

Kudos to the defendant for calling out the judge. Judges are supposed to demonstrate the same level of decorum they expect the litigants to display and that often gets away from judge Milian. Also whatever perceived crimes they have committed does not exempt the judge from treating people with respect.

I of course don't have any courtroom experience, but a simple fact of logic says that if you have beef with the way the judge speaks to you, you can file a complaint after the case has been heard. Omg this is my fav case. The drama of it all! 😂

It seems like people in the comments have never been to court before. Nobody cares about the way a judge tells a person to get to the point. There won't be an ethics complaint or disbarment. Make it plain 🤷

Seriously. People are so sensitive.

Milian is very rude. She thinks that since she has a black robe, she knows it all, and she can say whatever she wants(rude or not)! The only tv judge that talks to people respectfully is Judge Lynn Toler!
@trekgirl655 ай бұрын
uh, I see you hate a judge that went to law school for 7 years, then interned for 3 years and had a great law career and was on television for 20 years. Sad you know nothing about the court system. She could be as loud as she wanna be. she is and still is a judge. She has her own courtroom on Televison. Check it out. Sometimes is downloaded on KZbin.

I’m sooo glad somebody finally spoke up about the “flapping gums” comment! Milan is so rude sometimes to litigants and I’m so glad somebody finally spoke up for themselves!!

Agreed! She offends at will. Should have been CALLED OUT.

Why it's just an expression? Maybe don't be so sensitive when you're in a position where you're being a liar and you won't get offended by common expressions...

I loved it. She was right, the Judge position doesn’t give her the right to be hella disrespectful

This isn't the first time someone checked JM. There was a defendant named Steven Bartley that JM said was really ticking her off. In turn he said she was ticking HIM off. She threw him out of the courtroom and he still won the case.

Plaintiff represented well. Dressed professional, well-spoken & intelligent for a guy selling DVDs. He understands that there is a time & place for everything. I do not know his story so would hate to make assumptions, but he would go far if he was to focus on his education & maybe get his degree.

I didn’t either. That’s just how the judge talks. Flapping gums was not intended to be rude. It’s just slang.
