Actually, when Court met Kurt, Hole was climbing faster than Nirvana was (ie..they had a record deal, much more interest etc..)and was generally better known than Kurt. Basically, she had no way of knowing that Nirvana would blow up huge, and there would be any money at all. It's a bit narrow minded to assume that though......oh yeah, and Hole never ever claimed to be (or wanted to be) a Grunge band (they were punk/alt.). Pearl Jam on the other hand....

Okay I have to ask; is it okay or not to have a Nirvana t-shirt? Not in the way that the band would be bad (heavens no they were the best ever imo) but I've kind of got the impression that Kurt (and Courtney) thought that band tees were for sell-outs and stuff, for 'jerks' if you will, esp Kurt who didn't want to become immensely famous. Well, for me I don’t hate them but I dislike Eddie Vedder’s vocals with all due respect, and of the big 90s grunge bands Pearl Jam sounded the most watered down. In not-so-nice terms they kinda remind me of Nickelback. As for Courtney, she more than likely had personal issues with them, like she did with many other people
