Hi there thank you for posting the ingredients and baking directions. It really helps to follow along while watching your video. I followed your recipe and the dough consistency in the cookie press came out great. I baked the cookies a few minutes longer with golden brown edges because I am shipping them. Great recipe! I used snowflake discs with blue and purple sprinkles to achieve the “Frozen” look ❄️

Jen - I put a bit of almond extract in my spritz cookies - soooo yummy! Also I add green food coloring to the spritz trees and use a red-hot candy at the top of the tree for a "star." Very popular cookie in my family!

So many things to love about this video! Your apron is ADORABLE! For some reason I love aprons (I'm a bit of a nervous cook, but I like to look the part -lol). You make it look so easy using that press. I've never seen one in action before, but I have eaten Spritz Cookies -YUM! When I do cook, I like to line up all the ingredients too (mainly to make sure I don't mess it up -I need all the help I can get!) Plus, it just makes sense to me. Great explanations, editing, effects & audio selections!

Thank you for the cookie recipe! YUMS I noticed that your mixer makes a scratchy noise when it touches the stainless steel bowl. Did you know that you can adjust paddles depth? There should be one dime's thickness between the paddle and the bowl's bottom? Your mixer may need that adjustment. If you still have the manual, it describes how to do this process.
