I know it's awful. Clever Cowgirl just picked up a 26 yr old brood mare who had a foal pulled off her 6/ 7 weeks ago. She was in terrible shape, but so sweet. 💔 Who breeds a 26 yr old! 😢

When you say you've seen a horse at auction before, I really feel for these sweet animals who are looking for a home repeatedly for a long time. The auction environment is so stressful. For Xmas this year, I pray each one of these sweet beautiful horses finds a caring home that truly loves and adores them.

That mare that had the huge price reduction from 200k to 600 broke my heart, at that price you figure she's going for slaughter 😢.. I'd be broke & overrun with horses if I went to auctions. I'd be pushing the bid up higher than the slaughter price & my luck I'd come home with a majority. Horses are such noble beasts I hope that someday we won't have any go for slaughter. Horses & dogs, 2 animals that shouldn't go for food! That bay friesian cross was gorgeous! You're a stronger woman than I not bidding on her!! Thank you again for sharing. I've always had a thing for tall/big horses. The mother of a childhood girlfriend had a big black horse - 16 hands. Ever since then, I've had a thing for tall horses. That last one you looked at, if I had been there in the market for a horse, I probably would have bid on him. I just love these auction videos. You do such a good job on them! ​@@glory2cybertron Sadly, there is an issue with that. Like a horse-donkey cross a zebra-horse cross would be sterile. They can't have foals. There's also the fact that it's actually illegal to own a zebra unless you have a special license. Zebras are also VERY aggressive(this is also because all zebras that are at these auctions are wild caught and brought over through the black market). If someone happened to breed a zebra to one of their horses and that horse has a zebra-horse foal they would also need a special license for that baby. Need one for any animal that's within ten generations of a wild animal. But, yeah that zebra-cross foal wouldn't be Abel to habe any foals or get any other horse or zebra pregnant. Oh and for a buisness owner owning a zebra would be bad as well being someone could sue for injury if the zebra acts put which is highly likely because they are very unpredictable and aggressive.
