Thanks for sharing your holiday! I woke up to a high pain Ehlers Danlos day, so your video helped to relax me to help me feel better. Swimming is great for EDS, due to the low-impact exercise. Did you try out a hot tub to reduce EDS pain? The jets in a hot tub can be quite good, although it can aggravate POTS if the water is too hot. I usually lie down somewhere immediately after exiting a hot tub, just in case. You look amazing! What do you do for exercising and muscle tone? I mostly use kettlebells. That black outfit looks sharp on you. Excellent choice! Those nachos looked so delicious! Were you able to eat them all? All of the food looked wonderful! Did you have flan? Spain is famous for it. Uno seemed so random to be playing on the holiday, but then I remembered that the game has a Spanish name. Did you recruit more people to play the game with you and your mum? Did the guitar player take requests or play cool songs that you recognized? You and your mum have similar eyes and facial features. I bet if we saw a photo of your mum when she was your age, you'd look like twin sisters.
