We know :) but even with good genetics, the care you do for your hair really defines it. It's about making them look best at their healthiest. She obviously puts effort to keep them healthy over time and it definitely wouldn't look all smooth like that if she didn't take care of it, genetics or not.
@klddere37343 жыл бұрын
@@di.sage725 yeah but still... genetics are the prior reason why her hair looks like this. Well diet is also really important, eating healthy, drinking enough water and be stress free make a big difference too. I wouldn’t recommend brushing your hair immediately after oiling. Use your fingers to distribute the oil towards the ends of your hair. My hair fell out in clumps when ever i used a brush. For the longest time i couldn’t figure out why then i discovered hair follicles are the weakest after massaging the scalp hence more prone to fall out/breakage.
@ollie17533 жыл бұрын
You have to realize though that everyone has different hair. Hers might be stronger than yours, considering her extremely healthy diet and all the high quality products she uses on her hair. Also, consider the brush she uses...it's a wooden brush that is known to be gentle on the hair and prevents breakage.
@ewelina2723 жыл бұрын
You should try using a silicone free conditioner to emulsify the oil, otherwise it's going to be nearly impossible to rinse out. Also, another good tip is putting the oil on top of a base. For example use aloe gel all over the hair and then the oil on top of that. Oil doesn't actually have a moisturising effect on the hair, it just fills and smoothes it out. If you put a moisturising element like the aloe then the oil will lock in the moisture and give much better results. After the aloe and oil rinse the hair under warm water to get the majority of the oil out, then use the conditioner all over to emulsify, then wash the scalp and voilla! I've completely transformed my hair using these tips :) Try it out! x
@EmerRoseMcClintock2 жыл бұрын
What oil do you use? Because I have trouble picking ones. I use aloe vera in my hair but not with oils on top and it always comes out very dry and brittle 😓. I also made an oil thing using cloves, ginger and coconut oil together, but my hair still doesn't seem to improve. Also what (if you have used it that is 😅) oil is best to put in Jamaican Black Castor Oil? (she didn't say in the video😅)

A cheaper alternative to the one she uses is the Fable and Mane holiroots oil. It's $34 instead of $50, and it's done wonders for my hair. If that's still not within your budget, my best friend loves the Alodia Nourish and Glow Scalp Oil, which is like $20. I used to struggle with so much dandruff, really oilly scalp, and just overall terrible hair, but I've found that using oil pre-wash has made my hair so much smoother, more manageable, and my scalp is less oily. Can you please do a video about how you control hair frizz?My hair gets really frizzy and I don't know how to calm it down and yours always looks so smooth and has no frizz so I would love to know how you achieve that and I feel like a lot of people would love to know as well.

Your hair's not frizzy, it's curly! It need extra care and love!💖 Check out curly girl method

I watched a video of hers 10 years ago and i can say its not all genetics. She had neither thick nor thin hair to begin in the first place and i can see her hair is 30% thicker. Most Indians including me have that thickness of her hair from 10 years ago. So i am thinking to give her routine a try since it's genuine.

I ve used a scoop of coconut 🥥 oil and a few teaspoons of black Jamaican castor oil. Warm both in the microwave for less than a min. And let it cool a little load up your fingers and go to town. I leave in for 30min. And rinse well.

The reason why you shouldn't touch your scalp with the dropper is that you transfer bacteria that are naturally on your body into the bottle which can make your oil turn bad. It doesn't matter if you're the only one using it.

Such a beautifull hair you have and of course we all know that genetics matter but of course it does matter how we treat the hair ... and 🙏 for all the good advice, the links etc very helpfull and inspiring 🙏 ❤️ ( and by the way it would be very helpfull with a written note that could be downloaded ) 🌷❤️

You are so pretty! Love you girl! I always believe in oiling the scalp and massaging regularly - but need a good recipe made by a master herboloist, rather than us mixing things ourselves randomly - a lot of study goes behind it, actually. I use the Immortal's Oil for Scalp and Skin, but can use any that is a formula made by a qualified herb master, it makes the difference between great thick hair in results, versus okayish results (you still get results in both, but have to do it long term as well).

I hope that with oiling my hair/scalp with pure biological amla oil it will grow. I cut it short due to shock it was waist long (7 years or more of growth) now it gets to my nape. Thank you for inspiring me again Sarah.
