i filed my application got the interview 2 days later, did my interview and within 5 hours i get accepted to the job!!! I just wanted to know more about the orientation. Your vid really helped me ace the interview, first thing they asked was to sell my outfit to them and i knew exactly what to say :) when they asked what are some things i can do to make sure a customer buys something without leaving i said to tell them about the discounts and make sure they have a club cali acc and that stuck out to them a lot!!!

No, it doesn’t have to be their brand. But you have to look the part. You should be matching the hollister vibes. For example, you probably shouldn’t wear band tees to work there lol

I would wear a cute but dressy blouse, jeans (hollister jeans if you have some), & sandals, booties, or some flats. Nothing too revealing but look fashionable

I would bring one. Your outfit seems fine! Also for the questions, I would say they’re probably going to be fashion & customer service oriented & about you. Just be confident in yourself & it’s okay to ask for clarification! You got this!

When you go to the interview, you fill out an availability form again, so you could always update it there! When you get hired, you can also update your availability on your ADP (this is where you check your schedule, payroll, etc)
