It will be interesting to hear if no taper tempers pre-race stress / anxiety because presumably you're active with reduced intensity up until the race and you're not sitting around waiting for something to happen and noticing such a deficit in activity. Good luck Holly!

Another nice insight in training life. I know you’re a pro, a champ and your expectations are to win. From the outside these performances are incredible. Racing has never been so competitive and that’s athletes like yourself that have created these levels, keeping pushing them and are happy to race against the top ranked competition. So maybe 10th in Ibiza didn’t feel good to you, but you were there on the line racing the best, of which you are one. It’s such fine margins and 1%. Enjoy your home town race and best wishes to you both from 🇬🇧.
