Love these exercises.They are challenging, but not impossible. I like that we stay in the same position on the ground and that we don't do any planks. Thanks! Love your videos.

your exercises kick my ass and i love it! i am doing this everyday,foloowed by your yoga abs workout. i noticed an improvement on my core strength so thank you! it was hard coming back to working out due to serious health issues but you helped me so much! i can never thank you enough!

I will share a 7 day edit of my workout progress since it's only 2 days now Day 1 : can feel burn in my stomach Day 2 : can see a very teent tiny small noticeable change in my stomach Day 3: a bit more noticeable difference and my stomach has started to sweat along with forehead Day 4 : an inch of noticablr difference Day 5: bit more flatter stomach Day 6 : 1 inches down and sweaty tummy Ps: I don't know if 1 week of exercise is enough for me getting abs!!

My favourite is the 2nd one. The leg lifts and knee are working on my abs. The last part was challenging.

My tummy is really burning I think this might work . But can u also demonstrate a 8 min intense thigh workout . Sitting but sweating #classic holly.
