Hello everyone, I have been doing this workout for fourteen days and it really does work! It's now part of a regular routine. My abs are more defined (mostly the line above my belly button) but my lower abs are flatter as well. Obviously they will never be completely flat because the uterus exists but I'm definitely happy with the results!

Helped me realize, during cardio sessions, I've gotten into a habitat of speeding through my reps & doing quantity over quality. Thinking I'll slow down & work on my form. Thanks

Form is everything better to do fewer reps with good form then more reps w crappy form. If you’re not using good form not getting full benefit of the exercise

Before I had kids my abs are the easiest thing to create and maintain. After having my second kid it is the hardest thing to get under control

Finiahed the 14day routine yesterday. Definitely see tightening of lower belly and less sagging. Thank you so much for this workout, Holly. I paired it with your PD prgram as well and saw great results 👍. Planning to repeat this 2week routine every couple of months to maximize results.

I did find this workout difficult due to being sore from yesterday's workout but I did enjoy it. Would of found it a bit more helpful if you still talked through the second part so I didn't have to keep stopping to check what's next, thanks 🔥🔥

Day 1: So hard but I really enjoyed it! I made a 3 rests including the 30 second rest. Day 2: Really burnt!! But I still like this workout❤️ YOU CAN DO IT! Day 3: It was so-so hard...I ate a lot today so I felt like I need to do this workout. GO GIRL! THIS WILL BE BETTER Day 4: Now I feel my abs are getting better😍 still hatd, but it worth it Day 5: Still hurt but DONE👏👏 Day 6: I took a rest🤭😴

I wanna start doing this tomorrow 😁..... Day 1: did it but took too many breaks in between I didnot think I can do 2 sets but I finished at my own pace. I wish i can do with out any breaks by 14 day atleast once. Day 2 : skipped Day 3: finished it. Felt lill bit sore, I guess that's ebcause I went on my own pace.

LOVE this routine, but have found (for me) it best NOT to be looking at the screen, once I've mastered the moves, as it takes away from my focus. Far more effective to hear your voice during the whole workout so I can just stay on my back and immerse myself in the mind-body connection. On this particular video, I use that 30sec break to restart the video--since they're the same exercises--and repeat it while listing to your voice.
