What was the results thought? I tried 1000 once but not in 15 mins, I took about 2 hours with the breaks👀

@@Shainy1010it does help with your abs, I definitely recommend to take breaks between 30 of ‘em. I’d say 2 minute breaks each rep and I always drink a protein shake before I start my workouts. I was a bit dumb to do 1000 in 15 mins but I needed to get my heart rate up because I had been laying in bed all days.

I'm glad you said if you have a natural arch that's fine, I have a wide rib cage and narrow waist and I'm always so focused on flattening my back completely on the floor, but it might not be possible?

With your hands on thr back of your neck try keeping your elbows as open and wide as possible. Don't pull on your neck

i suggest doing 10 everyday or take one day rest and slowly your neck wont hurt and after your neck stops hurting do more.

Is it normal to hear sounds such as popping or cracking sounds, in the pubic or pelvic region during bicycle crunches while I extend my legs? why do I keep hearing noises from the pubis near my pelic region while doing bicycle crunches? It doesn't hurt but I keep hearing sounds.

I always have a rough time with these. My upper body does fine but I can’t seem to get my legs close enough to me. They just won’t come in that close for some reason, no matter how hard I try 😢
