HOLY SPILLS: feeling under-qualified, pridefulness, self-worshipping, purpose in God

Sister!!!!! This year has been rough... I talked with God, and He told me to quit my job in June and made my path so clear. I didn’t have a plan, but He asked me to trust in Him and see what He could do! The summer days passed by, and I focused on my faith and deepening my relationship with Him. The very next week, I applied to just one job all summer. I had an interview, and God blessed me with the job...a better position, with improved pay and benefits. My first day is tomorrow, and I’ve been feeling nervous. The enemy is making me doubt my qualifications after spending the last 6 years in the classroom and now transitioning to an admin role. But then this video popped up, and never saw you before... but hearing you I see how God has used you to support me. Thank you for being obedient! ♥

Recently got saved (come from an occultist family- I literally never saw a Bible until age 30 😢). I’ve really been struggling with pridefulness and feeling unqualified. Needing to learn how to repent. Your video came at such an opportune time. I trust God to always step in to help me when I need Him 🙏🏽😭😭😭✝️ p.s. also just failed at completing my very first fast for God. It was only a 3-day water fast and I couldn’t make it past day 1. I feel awful, I feel disobedient and I feel like terrible things are going to happen in my life because of my disobedience (it’s already started - more bullying at work, salary payment has been delayed to an unknown date, if at all.) So you called me out the first few seconds of your video 😅 I’m a whole mess. Please help me change my mindset Lord 😭😭😭 Please pray for me y’all 😢

Sorry but I just had to reply to this. What your believing about gods character is totally wrong and the words that you just spoke over yourself and your expectations are what is causing “bad things” starting to happen to you. God is a good father and does not punish us. He is the father of lights and gives us good gifts. The enemy was the one who caused you to fall short on your fast. No problems, just trying again and don’t condemn yourself. Don’t believe that god is causing delay and negative things to happen in your life because you fell short 2 days of a fast it’s just not true. You could try praying against the spirit of delay, oftentimes there can be demonic delay and a spirit of delay coming from the enemy too

I relate to the same thoughts sister, that God would punish me for disobeying but we have to remember that God is a merciful God and a loving one. Israel sinned countless times and had hardened hearts. They persistently chose to follow other gods and rulers. Yet God had so much patience and mercy over them. He is a patient God, he is not one that would strike you after falling short. He knows your heart. Don't let this feeling of disobedience keep you from God's presence but seek Him more. Let your mistake make you realize that you need to seek His strength more and try again! The wise man falls seven times and gets back up seven times. You got this sister we are all going through this withy you! Blessings to you and your family.
