Join our Burns-inspired Kilted Kettlebells or Kiltlebells if you like!
This is just like any normal kettlebell class but, our instructor Alan will is dressed in tartan to celebrate Burns Night!
Kettlebell movements mimic real-life activities and engage the whole body. The exercises in this workout build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs and shoulders, these sessions can also help to increase grip strength.
If you’re not lucky enough to have your own kettlebell, you can use a dumbbell instead, or a similar weighted item. Some customers in the past used a tin of beans, although we would err on the side of caution with that one as we don’t want to hear about any tin-shaped holes in your TVs!
