Sunrise Bootcamp with Alan Wheatley

Sunrise Bootcamp has become very popular with Fife Sports and Leisure Trust customers, who are turning up at 6.30am to our sessions in Cowdenbeath. In this session, Alan will demonstrate some of the bodyweight exercises that you can join in with. This is a positive start to your day that great feeling you get from exercising will stay with you all day long.
But don't worry if you are not a morning person you can do this workout whenever it suits you!
