I also store leftover paint in glass jars. After pouring in the paint, I cover the opening with a piece of wax paper and then screw the lid on tight. I then store the jar upside down. My paint has lasted years storing it this way. Thank you for all of your tips and hacks-Joy

@7:59 - I bought chalk paint from the Dollar Tree and now they even have chalk paint stickers (very cool, useful and practical.) I save my jars and I reuse them. Remove the label from the jar and then sand paper (also from Dollar Tree) the lid and the sides then paint it. When it dries, you can label it, with chalk pen writers from the DT as well. These jars are now my storage containers all around my house. It looks high end and classy. I try to use my best handwriting when labeling too; it's such a small investment of time with a big pay off!!

I was probably using that bread bag hack before you were born! Have taught everyone I know to do that. Think it keeps bread fresher, too. Before zipper storage bags it worked for anything non-liquid in those bags as well. Glad you have the audience to share!

Some great hacks there! The first one is not only good for saving space but it will preserve your garments life. Hanging garments especially if they have any weight to them can stretch the fabric out and the additional hanger will stop this from happening (I’m a seamstress)

By far my favorite hack is using the hanger to tie a balloon. BRILLIANT!!! Wished I knew that one when my kids were little!! I’ve useful the bread bag hack for years. Can’t stand any kind of plastic closures that they come with. Thanks for the handy hacks Liz!

The long dress hack is genius! Great bread bag hack. The car hammock for your purse is super great but I can’t use it. Finn usually sits in the back seat, right in the middle, and she has to see me. And sometime she wants up front when I stop so I don’t think it would work for me. Love the drill hack. I’m doing a lot of inside painting right now so this storage hack for left over paint is perfect timing. This is my fav today. Moose is too cute playing with the balloon! Liz, I am a Mom of 2 boys, they are both grown and have families of their own, but I think the balloon hack was awesome. The boys always had water balloon fights in the summers and I can't tell you how many balloons the other Moms and I would blow up in the summer. This hack would have been awesome. I'' definitely use the long dress hack. Being tall even my midi, let alone maxi, dresses touch the floor of my wardrobe. I've been keeping spare paint in jam jars for many years. They take up less room and keep the paint fresh. I just write where used, the brand, and colour on the lid with a permanent marker. x

Great tip for the chip sack. 😊 Lately I've been using the plastic coated paper clips! They're really good in place of bulky clips; they stay in place cause of the plastic and they don't take up any space. They're even good in the freezer. 😁💜

Sorry I am late to the party! LOL! I really liked all of these hacks! Even though I don't throw many parties, I thought the balloon tying hack was so very clever, especially for someone who has hand issues (strength, arthritis, etc.). Another advantage of using a glass jar to store extra paint, especially colors you're saving for future touch-ups, is that the paint will fade slightly at the same rate as the paint on your walls so when you come to use it, it will match exactly.

I learned from another KZbinr that if your paint is latex you can just add water to it and stir well! It will revive your paint!

Those market salad bowls are so good and convenient! I use to work 12hr shifts and I could eat healthy on the go. Yes I could have made them myself but when you’re working 3 or 4 12hr shifts 6pm6am with kids time and sleep is precious lol 😂! I would eat tomato basil soup with a salad. Avocado tomato sandwich with salad is so good too! I lift a lot of heavy patients so healthy eating is a must!

You have such great ideas. I like the dress hack, the bread closure, and the car handbag holder. Even if the passenger seat is empty, I often have the problem when I brake having the purse fall off the seat and things come out on the floor.

I always look for to your hacks videos, I love the purse hammock, when we drive up to NY I always have my purse down on the floor in front of me but it takes away from your leg room, so this would be ideal for me. Love all the hacks. The chip one I'm trying right now. My husband and I were just talking about how to keep the chips from getting stale so fast. I love pork rinds, they're no carbs. Anyways I would open a bag and by the very next day stale, because they came open. I threw away 3 bags just last week. With maybe a handful out of them. I'm going to give this a try. With long dresses I use a trouser hanger with the two clips on either end. You can fold the dress then clip it like a shorter dress. Those wooden bowls are great for lots of things around the home 😀

I liked them all. About the paint here’s 2 additional hacks. You cut a paper plate to cover the surface area and just lay it on top the paint and close the lid. Another way is to use Saran Wrap. Cover the whole surface area, up inside all the way over the rim. Then put the lid on the paint can.

I've been using grocery delivery services for 3 years now and I don't ever see myself going back! Yes, you have to tip the delivery person but that is such a small price to pay in exchange for 2 additional hours that I spend doing something I enjoy. So far, I've had no problem with the quality of the items they select.

My 1st attempt at Walmart delivery flopped. The delivery person stole half of my order. It never happened with Kroger ever. It took 2 weeks to get refunded and idk that I would ever do their delivery in my area again. Kroger uses a different system and I've done well with them and it is such a time saver. Love it

I work for doordash and we really do appreciate customers like u. Youd be surprised how many people stiff us. Theyll order over a 100 items live on the 3 fl apt and not tip a 1$ its really a smack in the face not only i loaded my car to get them to u and used my gas to bring them and my time it takes n unload and they think its ok. Here is a tip, place some press and seal under the jar lid on your paint to help keep the paint good. I have used this tick for years on open cans of paint and years later the paint is sill good if you stored your paint properly. No hot or cold areas.
