Bro THANK YOU. ive been searching and searching for a good way to design a chain tensioner for my 125cc shifter kart build and NOBODY on thier vids talks about how they did thiers EXCEPT YOU. I subbed man. I have a RIMO kart and a 125cc 4 stroke 4 speed I'm putting on it. Top speed will be around 69 because ronnie mac said so lol but it's a really nice frame and I wanna do it justice with a manual 4 speed engine. I just couldnt bring myself to put a gay predator or honda gx270. RIMO DESERVES BETTER LOL

Awesome man! You are going to love it! 😉🏎💨 We race MX powered Karts competitively over here in NZ. I just chucked up a KTM500 powered video from some recent racing if it was of interest 😊👍 Interested to see the finished product mate!

And yeah for sure man your welds look professional. Slap some paint on there and it will be top notch. Are you using flux core or cipper wire with sheilding gas? If thats a flux core weld your a master sir

Next thing to go wrong is the fact you put a fuel pump on it. Those carbs work off gravity feed and now you have pressure pushing the needles off the seats and flooding the engine. You need a restricted bleed back line going back to the fuel tank to reduce your fuel pressure back to about gravity.
@BubbaB433 жыл бұрын
I have ran into one situation where I had to restrict my return and I used a in-line on/off ball valve as the pressure regulator. All the other builds I've used a dual outlet fuel pump, one feed hose going to the carb and the other feed back to the tank. The carb takes in what it wants then it sends the unwanted fuel back to the tank (return). For a twin set up I would use a triple outlet fuel pump. This little trick works a lot better and looks cleaner than t-splitters and such

Good eye though I noticed that right away too!

Did u ever learn that you ALWAYS tension the 'slack side" of the belt (or chain)? I feel like you haven't learned that just uet.
