What is the white cloth you had under the lids for? Also, do you make your cuts at full jars?

Cyrus puts a paper towel over the top for a day or 2 to let it air off.

So the recipe was for a 6 gallon mash. Did you double it up for the 15 gallon capacity?

A DADY (Dry Active Distillers Yeast) yeast works well with corn likker and Lalvlin EC-1118 works great with fruit.
