Follow me in this 34-minute Home MovNat Combo Workout I’ve given live to our FB MovNat Community audience this week.
The goal is to train practical real world movements, but considering the small space we have during this COVID-19 lockdown period.

The combo on those beams has 3 main parts:
1) Crawling + Tripod transition
2) Split Squat Walking
3) Forward Walking + Reverses

Do as many rounds as you can do while the movement quality is there.
I did 10 rounds in 34 minutes (including some talking after Round 1).
