I hate long workouts. I tend to avoid anything over 35mins. So I intended to only do half of this one because I love functional moves. But holy wow did the time fly with this one! The fast flow of Tabata from one move to the bext was so much fun. It threw me into a sweet feel-good groove and i just didn't want to stop. Can't believe I just worked out for nearly an hour! Ha!

I did the 10 minute standing arm workout today! These workouts are fun to enjoy. I am one of those people who doesn't like to waste my money on risky surgery, diets, weight loss supplements, exercise machines, gym memberships and gimmicky as seen on tv products

Same I can confirm her workouts really change your body very rapidly I feel it in my body I don’t have a specific diet I just reduced junk foods and snacks A lot of water and I try not to eat between the main meals that’s it I will try this workout next week I know it’s not gonna be easy and that my body will scream 😂 Burpee girl for life !💪🏽

I did it and enjoyed doing it💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕. I was working out only wearing underwear. And the whole body got sweaty and wet and my underwear too got wet because of the sweat. Overall i too enjoyed the workout with sweats . If i asked to rate this workout I would give it 10 out of 10. Loved it and love u too 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
