Core work, leg work and mobility work are really essential for goalkeepers. But I firmly believe that overall muscular development is a must and it really seems to be neglected even by professional goalkeepers nowadays. How can you handle crosses effectively if you're not big enough?

I dont really worry about speed with the long distance runs, it's just to help with overall cardio fitness. With the workouts, they normally cover a wide range of body areas, with the aim of improving overall power

I would say that our goalkeeper sessions themselves are very high intensity if done in the right way, whilst also building goalkeeping muscles. So that is the best type of HIT I can suggest!

Hi mate, it's very common, I've suffered from the same thing in the past. I talk alot about mental training in my videos, have a look through some past ones, but I've found visualisation really helpful. Get into a routine of taking some time before games to visualise what you're going to experience, how it's going to go. Remember some of your past good performances too. That often helps me to get ready, and for me to be calm when playing, because ive already experienced the situations beforehand in my head
