I use it for weather but Outlier is easier for the Batter Comparisons

Outlier is one of the best app I have use so far but the only thing that gets me is Even if you pick any player from the HR list they still won’t hit which is kind of annoying to me if the matchup suppose to be accurate. My question is how can I Guarantee a player to actually hit a hr? What stats or percentage I need to look at to give me that confidence I need for that player??
