This is the system of VEDDAS.. They have there own way of thinking and the kids have there choice.. either they can go and follow the so call school edication. Or they can lern as the Jungel and there own way.. Huts off for this perents...Well done..
Just a general comment about our education system vs schools in developed countries. I do agree that every child deserves to go to school. Apart from academics every child develops social skills and emotional skills through schools. Every child's learning styles and abilities are different. Some children are identified as minor to major special needs. In Sri Lanka, there is no education support for children with special needs. Sri Lankan schools required to encouraged more play based activities for primary children. Every school must have funds that is allocated for resources. However teachers and parents can put more efforts to find loose parts from the nature. It's something that developed coutries do when they set up activities. Finally, as a teacher who have worked in both Sri Lanka and overseas (developed English countries)I would like to suggest that all parents can still send their children to school however provide enough freedom to learn from the nature. Some parents in developed countries choose home schooling as their children have special needs and they feel not comfortable to mix with main stream children. Some children are with special needs look like normal children but they find it difficult to blend with other children.Though there are special needs schools in developed countries , some parents do not happy to send their children to such school as they don't like to accept that their children are with such needs. Some parents do send their children with special needs to main stream schools as the children receive plenty of support and welcome I am very sad to hear/see how children are not included in our system of education and humiliated at schools. Every humanbeing is unique and must receive the equal rights and respect from their community. This is another major issues in our education system. As a teacher who had seen different education systems in the world, I still agree that your children need to be required to go to school as it provides many benifits than disadvantages. Finally , it's upto the parents to choose whether they want their children to be homeschooling or not according to the family circumstances. Don't afraid of sending children to school as it has more benifits than disadvantages. You can still be resourceful to your child and give enough freedom.

Food for thought discovering ways of changing societal attitudes.excellent educational philosophical theory of teaching only 1\4 by rote learning and by leaving the rest for students self discovery

This trend looks a show-off... Human is an social animal. I can see the non schooling kids are highly artificial and selfish in nature. This is my view.

Yes. I agree with you. I think that kids need social knowledge. So. They must go to the school . But our education system must change.
