This case was recently featured on my channel but as a means to answer some questions that were brought to me I decided to do a fresh build with it again but this time with using full-size motherboard components.
If you have any questions about the build or any parts used, please let me know.

Great content and awesome pc build! Since i have for years plans also to make a good computer i like your implementation of making it look stylish like a console! And thank you again for the reference on our early discussion about how far from your sit a 77 inches tv would be a ideal. For sure for 3 feet the 77 is sure the way to go over a 65. Though still i am struggling on 2,2-2,4 feet concept lol. Also i get that my name is quite challenging even to pronounce it so no worries for not remembering for any mention!! Its great how you engage with each one of us and converting to a helpful forum your channel! Like the old good YT of era 2006-2007!

Hey buddy. I use plex too. Unless you back up that 14tb I would suggest you consider a 2-disk mirror raid. With your single drive setup you run the risk of a data loss during drive failure. Thanks for your review.

brooooo!!! you got a 3090 FE in there, you are a badass haha. I haz one too but not in such a tight fit clean setup like that. Came here for clarity on size, trying to debate an AIO cooler 240 radiator. looks like it may fit if no mobo collisions.
@AllAboutTKK
@AllAboutTKK Жыл бұрын
You can’t fit a 3090 in there. I have a 3080TI FE in there. Also I can’t see any 240 going in there, this isn’t conventional and has no way to exhaust.

Great review I’m purchasing this case. I highly recommend a bigger psu for that card, my 3080 ti has spiked up to 550 watts at times. I get it might be working but if it goes south Nvidia probably would give input about you using a 600 watt psu when they check logs. They are recommending 750w or better. Just saying, but other than that it looks great. Can’t wait to build in it.

I would suggest to swap upward from that EVGA 600W "white rated" PSU. The 3080ti alone wants a quality 750W unit, and 9900K aren't known for being efficient on power usage. With all that money in the same case, get a power supply worthy of being in there. Practically a house fire waiting to happen.

Did you doublesided tape those 2 ssd in place or is that an official mounting location? I built mine years ago with an optical drive in that location, but i think it may be time to revisit my set up. Oh and are you using all noctua black fans? Buetiful build.

Cool build. I'd get a bigger PSU for that 3080ti. I'm not an expert, but I like bigger PSUs to get it running efficiently. Another thing I want from my HTPC is for it to be quiet. I heard that having a "too big PSU" makes it idle more so it's quieter. Not sure if that's real, but you're making it a gaming PC so that might be a different thing. This is what I wanna do though. I like the idea of making the HTPC into a VR setup. Really cool man. You got a new sub outta me.
@AllAboutTKK
@AllAboutTKK 2 жыл бұрын
Thank you sir. The 600 is more than enough. The 3080ti doesn’t pull more than 350watts max. Full load this system doesn’t really pull north of 500 on a crazy day, no overclocked or anything strange going on with it. It’s setup for VR. Why there is a USB-C port on the back of the MOBO, so got a long cable for the quest 2 for that. But I do thank you brother: and thanks for your support.

@@AllAboutTKK A 600 watt power supply is not actually outputting 600 watts. If your power supply is an 80+ gold rated power supply then you can only really rely on getting 480 watts out of it. The power supply is undersized and I only bother commenting because I don't want you to have to deal with the pain of a premature failure as a result. I would recommend getting an 850 or even 1,000 watt platinum or titanium rated power supply so that you are future proofed for any other upgrades you may want to make.

Great video, the build looks awesome! I just purchased the same case with the idea of an HTPC/Plex server build combo. 1 question I have is how did you mount the 2nd 14TB drive? I will be using the 5.25" bay for Bluray and will need the extra storage location.
@AllAboutTKK
@AllAboutTKK 2 жыл бұрын
Thanks. One drive will lay down in a horizontal orientation while the other vertically, as in the same orientation as the case is designed. A third drive won’t work as the 5.25 will lay on top of where that would be, the 2nd drive will go under the 5.25.

I really appreciate this video. The build looks great and so does the entire setup. I've been looking at maybe switching to this case for a while. I was just wondering if there is plenty of clearance under the drive cage for a little bit taller ram? I'm asking because I really didn't want to spend anymore than just buying the case and this case looked great because all of my components are full size or atx.
