Absolutely amazing room and great setup. Divine AV, you guys are the only people who do a lot of curved screen home cinemas. I always love the curved screens, similar to real venues. Gone are the good old days where I enjoyed those 70mm Cinerama curvature which cannot be matched to current day screens, not even IMAX. It will give the impression as people on screen are conversing to each other., The curve makes it so real and mesmerising. On the other channels, I have seen only flat screens, but all the home cinema set up by Devine AV team were amazingly marvelous. The best one I enjoyed was the double storey home cinema with massive giant screen with Epson projection. On this video, room structure looks great with that massive 165 curved one. Love to see you back after a little hiatus. Expecting more from you guys.

Glad to see y’all posting again. That shelf behind the screen seems like a great option instead of building the wall out. What kind of speaker depth do you think you could fit with your screens? Is 16” too much?

Glad to be back. We always Custom build (as well as custom mount) are screens so if you have the room depth and throw distance virtually any speaker size is possible. We've pulled screens 40 inches off and put 30 inch deep subwoofers behind the screens before.

I have the motion 60xts. I am going to be building a baffle wall to house these speakers. I notice that you have place the motion 40 xtis right up against the wall. The Martin Logan motion line is rear ported and are recommendedto be 2 feet from the side and back wall. Did you close the ports? When I demoed the 20xtis at best buy I put them up against the wall and it made a huge difference in the sound. Please advise what you did with the rear ports

Thanks for the video. Does the room have acoustic treatment? Can you comment on something about it if there is one? Have you done edits to see the acoustics of the room? Written with translator. Greetings

awesome! I need that atmos demo for my cinema. please where can I get it?! I crave it, I NEED IT :) Btw awesome cinema!

It's from a dolby atmos Demo disc. Your best bet is for finding one would be on Ebay. Just watch out for blank burned disc. Those won't be the real deal. Look for the ones in the atmos cases that aren't blank disc.

I don't understand how projectors can focus on a curved screen. I would think that you can only focus on one distance so the other distance would be slightly out of focus.
@DivineAV3 жыл бұрын
Its about 2 percent out of focus at the very far sides of the screen. With these higher end sharp projectors we're installing its nearly impossible to spot it especially because we focus based off the center most point of the screen. That sony in particular has about a 3 inch(distance from screen) sweet spot while focusing and the screen only curves in about 5 inches. Even up close to the screen the out of focus point is virtually not there.

I would have thought that if the curvature of the screen matches a constant distance from the projector lens (a string line held at the projector lens to describe a curvature at the screen). Then every part of the screen is the same distance from the projector and so should be in focus all over. A flat screen will have its centre closer to the projector than the outer edges. Is this actually the case?

Before she had her baby she said that my Pollo Shirt was in Production. I was just was wondering what the status would be sir!! I tried did try and buy the Strong FS series 35U AV rack from you before your wife had her baby . But she told me that it would be better if I buy it from someone that is near me locally because she said that it would eat you guys in shipping cost. I did have her Price match it. But she said that it would eat you guys alive in shipping it to me in WV. So I am going to have to order it thru someone that is in my area..😥😥😥
