Welcome to a new low-impact cardio STEP workout! Join me for 20 minutes of non-stop stepping action that will leave you feeling energized and sweaty. No need to go to the gym or buy any equipment - all you need is a little bit of space and a desire to start.
In this workout, I'll guide you through a series of fun and effective step exercises that will get your heart rate up and help you burn calories while moving your body from the comfort of your own home! You'll feel like you're walking or dancing to the beat of the music, but with the added challenge of the step. Don't worry if you're new to stepping, you can work at your own pace and still enjoy this workout!
You'll love the variety of exercises we'll do, including marching in place, side steps, side to side weight shifts, and more. We'll also incorporate some fun variations like walking skaters, step jacks, and diagonal walks.
We'll finish off with some targeted exercises to work your core and lower body, like step back with oblique twist, rainbows, step back to knee pull in, and clapping side steps. These exercises will help you build strength and definition in your abs, legs, and glutes.
By the end of the workout, you'll be sweating, smiling, and feeling proud of yourself for completing a great cardio session.
So get ready to sweat, have fun, and feel amazing with this low-impact cardio workout!

I LOVE this workout especially since I haven't done any workouts in a few months. I've been doing it for 3 week now. 3/4 times a week. Most of the times I double it up by doing it twice in one workout (therefore 40min). I can definitely see a change in my body. Thank you!! 🙌🏻🌷

I’m gonna journal this ❤ Day 1:✅ i sweated so much 😭 Day 2:✅damn my shoulders hurt Day 3:✅i can see a massive change in my legs already!🫶 Day 4:✅ bro my forehead was a river Day 5:✅ my muscles really hurt and I sweated the most this day!❤️‍🔥 Day 6: ✅ the pain was unbearable 😩 Day 7:✅ I wanted to give up so bad 😢

Yes, for sure, I also like them, so feeling the need for new ones! Felicity, I also want to let you know that my new video was published without the voice over as I really didn’t have time to add that, but I keep it in mind and I’ll figure out how to manage the question with voicing 🥺♥️

I discovered your videos yesterday! I'm so happy because most of the workouts are too hard and too fast for me! I've already lost hope that I can find suitable workouts to do at home. no exercise targets a part of your body for fat.

the only way you can lose fat in your legs is by doing a cardio deficit (eating less calories) and doing cardio like running or workouts like this but you cant lose weight in one part of your body you will lose fat in all of your body and then you will lose weight in your legs
