Welcome to a new low-impact cardio STEP workout! Join me for 20 minutes of non-stop stepping action that will leave you feeling energized and sweaty. No need to go to the gym or buy any equipment - all you need is a little bit of space and a desire to start.
In this workout, I'll guide you through a series of fun and effective step exercises that will get your heart rate up and help you burn calories while moving your body from the comfort of your own home! You'll feel like you're walking or dancing to the beat of the music, but with the added challenge of the step. Don't worry if you're new to stepping, you can work at your own pace and still enjoy this workout!
You'll love the variety of exercises we'll do, including marching in place, side steps, side to side weight shifts, and more. We'll also incorporate some fun variations like walking skaters, step jacks, and diagonal walks.
We'll finish off with some targeted exercises to work your core and lower body, like step back with oblique twist, rainbows, step back to knee pull in, and clapping side steps. These exercises will help you build strength and definition in your abs, legs, and glutes.
