Banana milk shake - post workout meal calories - 700 calories Ingredients: 1) 1 red banana ( medium or large) 2) 1glass milk (200ml) 3) 3 -5 Almonds 4) 3-5 cashew nuts 5) 3 pistah 6) 3 black dates The above all ingredients are blend in blender and drink it immediately after workout . (Note : Don't add white sugar or brown sugar) Protein sources: 1. Mealmaker ( soya chunks) - 50g/day 2. Sprouted Black chick pea - 100g/day 3. Moong sprouts - 100g/day 4. Egg whites - Take 5 to6 for a day 5. Mushroom - 100g/day 6. Panneer 7.yogurt 8. Brown rice 9. Chick breast 10. Kidney beans ( rajma)
