Dear Lucy, You are rally saving me, I’ve been having hard times in my private life. You are bringing me back to myself! I have chosen several videos I enjoy the most and do the exercises regularly. Reshma Riyas well, what I notice is that it does not matter what you train, until you train at least half an hour and eat healthy. I keep on loosing weight and I can even run, before I would never dare. Anyway, I prefer full body workout and exercises to loose belly fat, and some back and leg workouts. Every time I try different things and enjoy even more! Have trust in Lucy and follow her tips!

Lucy you are amazing. I am 59 knocking on 60 and sadly rather dumpy these days. I was somewhat flabby despite years and years of weight training, walking and swimming. Clearly, I was either doing it all wrong or it was just the wrong type of training for my body type. Since lock down which has been almost 6 weeks now, I have been following you on you tube every day. I wish I had before and after photos! I can’t tell you how delighted I am. Your exercises are well thought out, sensible for any age group and incredibly effective. Your chitter chatter is so bubbly and encouraging I never bother with music. I can’t remember the last time I looked this toned or felt this good. In SIX weeks! ✋🏻 high five Lucy. I would highly recommend you to anyone wishing to lose weight and tone their bodies effortlessly.

Love your workouts they are awsome and keep me interested, there are so many of them to choose from. I am a nurse and have to work 12 hour shifts but when I get home or before I go to work I do a short one and it makes me feel great.

Hi Lucy!! This is my first comment on your videos. I started working out many times before but could never continue more than 3 days due to lack of motivation. Since last 2 months I am following your workout daily and guess what even on rest days I feel like working out. Atleast a at home walk would do. I absolutely love your energy and the way you speak throughout the video, time really flies by. ❤️❤️❤️ Can you please make a video to slim down calves specially? Your thigh workout really helped me but I couldn't see difference in the calves. Those are really bulky. Please help me.😒

Hi Lucy, having had a frustrating morning WFH I thought rather than take it out on my family I would try a short workout. This legs one (& the arms one from earlier) were perfect. Thank you for your encourging workoutvideos. Could you please do more of the kids "active story" workouts? My grandkids kove them and so do I. (I normally do not like workouts at all, but I really like the storypart of the workout, it makes it much more fun and take your minds of that you are exercining. I have had lot of health issues all my life so I have had very hard to do any excersie at all most times due to pain).

Guys i did 5 videos of her workouts for 7 days each video is a part of your body and believe me it worked i did the arms, the tights, the belly, the abs, and calorie burning, it workeddd soo damn well, try it today it is worth itt i swear! Plus i lost about 4 kilos in a week, but if course with healthy eating, and i am willing to continue for 1 mounth to see the resultss!!believe me it works!

That was a really good short workout - so felt the legs at the end. Did it after one of your 1 mile indoor walks and followed it by a 4 minute arm workout. Just one comment if I may - I have problems kneeling so it would be good if you let me know if there is a suitable alternative to the kneeling exercise in this workout. thanks as always Lucy xx

Let try this workout Day 1- Done along with 7 min thigh, 15 min walking and 15 walking and 30 min walking Day 2- Done followed by my routine Day 3- done followed by my routine Day 4 done Day 5 done i took it light my body needed rest 4 my routine( lost an inch ) Day 6-Done one more day Day 7 i did it twice

It was a bit too fragmented for me and I don't really have a chair here that would for all of those exercises so I had to improvise but it was fun trying something different, thanks! That cat was soooo funny tho :)
