Hello sir . I am an u14 player . After every net session I get a really bad leg pain from bowling ( probably because my legs are weak ). There is nothing bad about my action so it might just be my strength. The reason I’m typing here is to ask if you can give exercises or a workout to build muscle / reduce leg pain / benefit the bowler. In addition I am typing here as you know the knowledge to be a fast bowler instead of a body builder . Yeah so thanks for reading .
