i had the same problem on my boat with the engine vibration. it turned out one of the rear engine mounts was broke, so had it rewelded then changed the 2 front mounts. i was very happy untill i found the heat ex changer mount were cracked "now fixed" i will let you know how it preforms after the next outing. GET A BOAT THEY SAID IT WILL BE FUN THEY SAID IT WILL RELAX YOU THEY SAID LOL

Thanks SC i checked all the mounts and they were ok , i showed another boat owner and he said it was ok , i know heat exchangers can wear thin and need replacing but also i can see how excessive vibration could cause other issues like cracking . cheers Phil

just a thought for ya matey if you want to utilize chili as part of anti foul maybe infuse the resin wih 100-200 mls of Capsaicin oils as it would mix with he resin & not swell like dried powder?

tighten up all those mounts & check prop shaft alignment (make sure that it is not slightly bowed or damaged in any way!)
